📋 Description

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable REST APIs using Node.js, ensuring performance, security and adherence to backend development best practices. • Build responsive, intuitive web interfaces with React and efficiently integrate them with the backend services of the routine management application. • Collaborate with mobile, design and product teams to ensure feature consistency across platforms and high-quality user experience. • Implement and maintain automated tests (unit, integration and end-to-end) for both backend and frontend. • Actively participate in code reviews, contributing to code quality improvements and knowledge sharing across the team. • Support the definition and evolution of the system architecture, proposing technical solutions for scalability and maintainability challenges. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance, security and system integration issues. • Contribute to technical documentation for APIs, components and development processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Node.js Advanced (3+ years): Solid experience building production REST/GraphQL APIs, with knowledge of frameworks such as Express, Fastify or NestJS. • React Advanced (3+ years): Proficiency with React and its ecosystem, including hooks, Context API, state management (Redux, Zustand) and performance optimization. • Databases: Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB), including modeling, query optimization and migrations. • Software Architecture: Knowledge of architectural patterns such as Clean Architecture, microservices, event-driven architecture and SOLID principles. • Integration and APIs: Experience designing and documenting RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT, OAuth), versioning and integration strategies between systems. • DevOps and Cloud: Familiarity with CI/CD practices, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Automated Testing: Hands-on experience implementing unit tests (Jest, Mocha), integration and E2E tests (Cypress, Playwright) in full-stack projects. • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile teams, actively participating in ceremonies and demonstrating self-organization. • End-to-end Perspective: Ability to understand and work across all application layers, from frontend to backend infrastructure. • Technical Leadership: Ability to influence technical decisions and mentor other developers on complex solutions. • Problem-solving: Analytical capability to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently and sustainably. • Clear Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to different audiences and keep the team aligned. • Proactivity: Initiative to identify improvements, propose solutions and act proactively on technical matters. • Ownership: Sense of responsibility for deliveries from conception through production monitoring. • Continuous Learning: Interest in staying up to date with new technologies and development practices. • Collaboration: Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, build healthy relationships and contribute to a positive technical environment.
