• Lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing regional team of Key Account Managers • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets • Use analytics and business acumen to inform data-driven decisions • Recruit, train, and retain talent • Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for KAMs • Enable the team to deliver science-based solutions and value to customers • Ensure KAMs communicate marketing strategies and align with brand goals • Build partnerships with healthcare providers, healthcare systems, and institutions • Collaborate with medical, marketing, government affairs, and other cross-functional teams • Provide field insights to inform brand strategies and tactical execution • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or equivalent combination of education, training and relevant pharmaceutical sales experience • Minimum 4+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity • Minimum 2 years of recent Canadian experience in Cardiology, Endocrinology, or Nephrology • At least 2+ years in a sales leadership role • 2+ years of marketing experience as a brand manager or leader • Experience working cross-functionally with medical, government affairs, or strategic roles • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills • Excellent knowledge of Canadian pharmaceutical compliance and regulatory frameworks • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for company vehicle eligibility • Ability to travel extensively throughout the territory and attend national/regional meetings • Master’s degree or MBA preferred • Direct sales and leadership experience in Vaccines and/or Specialty pharmaceutical markets preferred • Deep understanding of Canadian healthcare systems and institutional stakeholders preferred • Strong presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills preferred
