• Responsible for the full scope of a cannabis manufacturing site • Direct accountability for safety, quality, compliance, productivity, and the people • Own the facility budget • Drive continuous improvement • Lead a multilevel team through high-growth operations
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership • Direct management of 100+ people • Consumer packaged goods experience • P&L ownership • Bachelor's in Engineering or Business (MBA preferred) • Lean or Six Sigma knowledge a plus • Cannabis, horticulture, or lab processing exposure a plus
