📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across products, the customer lifecycle, and marketing and distribution channels. • Drive high-impact growth initiatives from concept to completion, owning initiatives directly and enabling other leaders to execute. • Build business cases, model unit economics including CAC, LTV, payback, and contribution margin, and make data-driven go/no-go recommendations. • Guide Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams toward appropriate goals and priorities. • Own quarterly OKR planning and goal-setting processes across all functions. • Lead cross-functional projects spanning Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to deliver business growth. • Partner with organizational leaders to identify and lead AI adoption initiatives that improve decisions, output quality, and business metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience. • Ideally 3+ years in a top-tier management consulting firm or investment banking, followed by 3+ years in Strategy & Operations at a high-growth, venture-backed company or a founding role. • AI-native experience and demonstrated ability to use AI to improve decisions, output quality, and business outcomes. • Operator mindset with ownership of outcomes and hands-on execution. • Track record of delivering initiatives end-to-end in fast-moving environments. • Ability to analyze problems deeply and think strategically about implications and next steps. • Structured thinking and ability to turn complex, ambiguous problems into actionable frameworks. • Ability to learn new concepts, channels, and product nuances quickly. • Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive-level narratives and forums. • Strong decision-making skills with a bias for action and speed.
