• Lead a critical area of our Business Services organization as Director, Business Services for Medicaid Operations. • Shape how we deliver exceptional service and advance operational excellence. • Build strong partnerships with clients and internal teams. • Develop high-performing talent and drive innovation. • Own and develop best-in-class delivery processes and outputs. • Act as a driver of efficiency and change across the group. • Review and approve Medicaid rebate deliverables to clients. • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Medicaid operations team. • Own and grow strategic client relationships. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field • 10+ years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry with Medicaid agreements • Proven people leadership experience • Demonstrated ability to lead through change • Experience working with Medicaid rebate systems • High accuracy rate and attention to detail • Technical ability to understand underlying data structures • Experience achieving and maintaining compliance • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office • 10-20% of travel required
