📋 Description

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities aligned with customer needs and strategic vision • Build and nurture customer relationships by understanding their businesses and delivering tailored, value-creating solutions • Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences • Analyze market dynamics and customer feedback and adapt approaches to maximize results • Lead projects from concept to delivery and remain accountable for outcomes and continuous improvement • Monitor industry trends and share knowledge and insights with the team and customers • Present ideas and proposals using influence and expertise to drive mutual benefit • Grow Georgia-Pacific’s custom corrugated box business in the Northeast • Travel 50% to 75%, primarily for day travel with occasional overnights

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to create value in B2B sales, business development, or account management, or relevant industry experience • 3+ years of experience in B2B corrugated packaging sales • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Track record of building trust and lasting partnerships • Self-motivation, resilience, and drive to achieve ambitious goals while acting with integrity • Willingness and ability to travel as needed, up to 75% • Valid US driver’s license • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration (operations focus), or a related field (preferred) • Creative problem-solving and technical knowledge
