📋 Description

• Own a well-scoped feature or component end to end, including design, development, testing, and production behavior • Translate requirements into clear plans and specifications for AI agents • Collaborate with Product and Design to clarify ambiguous requirements • Break work into tasks and direct AI agents during implementation • Write code directly for debugging, unfamiliar areas, and complex edge cases • Decide testing coverage and direct AI agents to create tests • Validate that tests effectively prove intended behavior • Review all implementation rigorously and identify assumptions AI may miss • Deploy through the team's CI/CD pipeline • Partner with DevOps on deployment • Respond to and roll back production incidents

🎯 Requirements

• Production services experience in a modern language such as Java, Python, C#, Kotlin, or Go • Ability to build APIs and data models, including REST contracts, request and response validation, authentication, schema design, indexes, migrations, and SQL • 2+ years of full stack software development experience • Experience shipping and operating code in AWS or Azure • Experience with containers and CI/CD • On-call experience diagnosing live issues using logs, metrics, and traces • Experience writing unit and integration tests • Secure coding experience, including authorization checks, input validation, secrets handling, least privilege, and avoiding PHI in logs • Strong reasoning about systems, data, and tradeoffs • Production experience using agentic AI as a primary development surface • Bonus: LLM application engineering, including RAG, retrieval quality, evals, and LLM observability • Bonus: Modern TypeScript frontend work against a design system
