📋 Description

• Help federal health clients transform care delivery and healthcare operations. • Develop a working understanding of relevant workflows, processes, systems, user populations, and training resources. • Advise subject matter experts and training stakeholders on content updates resulting from workflow, system, or policy changes. • Develop and maintain training materials, FAQs, job aids, communications, and other user-facing resources. • Participate in stakeholder meetings, communities of practice, office hours, working sessions, and forums. • Coordinate site-specific end-user support and refresher-training requests. • Collaborate with local site contacts and support teams to deliver consistent training and end-user support. • Facilitate instructor-led classes, virtual sessions, office hours, demonstrations, and drop-in support sessions. • Deliver or coordinate refresher training, targeted coaching, job aids, microlearning, and other learning-support resources. • Select training modalities or performance-support solutions based on need urgency and complexity. • Assess training gaps, recurring questions, user feedback, and adoption challenges. • Validate user proficiency after training interventions. • Track training activities, support themes, recurring issues, and feedback; provide updates and recommendations. • Recommend new or updated training content and user-support resources. • Build relationships with end users, subject matter experts, training stakeholders, local sites, and program teams. • Support change-management and communications activities. • Improve end-user readiness, confidence, and adoption of Oracle Health EHR workflows and related tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree • Minimum of THREE (3+) years of experience delivering training, facilitating workshops, or providing end-user support in a business, operational, technical, or healthcare environment. • Experience with the Oracle Health (Cerner) Electronic Health Record (EHR), including end-user support, workflow training, adoption, optimization, system implementation, onboarding, maintenance training, or system-related process changes. • Ability to translate complex clinical, operational, or system processes into clear, practical learning content and user guidance. • Strong facilitation, presentation, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience identifying learning needs and recommending appropriate training or performance-support solutions. • Experience supporting federal government programs or healthcare organizations • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams. • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams. • Ability to Obtain Public Trust clearance
