📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with Guidewire Customers • Serve as primary liaison for customer’s deployment journey • Manage planning and execution from ‘Build’ to ‘Run’ • Oversee Deployment Plan development, resource coordination, and Dry Run scheduling • Collaborate closely with implementation teams and act as a subject-matter expert on deployment processes

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of applied project experience with Guidewire Core applications • Program Management experience within IT or consulting • Customer Success Management or leadership experience in Customer Support organizations • Applied Project Management experience with Agile methodologies • Experience working in cloud-based enterprise applications or SaaS environments • Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent • Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.
