• Manage complex and cloud-scale technical security programs to meet Guidewire’s business objectives • Define and lead roadmap execution for critical security functions and programs • Evaluate program design, tooling, and workflows through an AI lens • Identify opportunities for AI and automation to reduce manual effort and improve security outcomes • Champion responsible AI adoption within the Security organization • Use AI-assisted program management, reporting, and analysis • Develop partnerships and feedback loops with organizational leaders and stakeholders • Lead with data and promote metrics-driven decision-making • Hold stakeholders accountable • Drive strategic change and advance Guidewire’s security maturity • Communicate with executives, engineering leads, consultants, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders • Report to the Director of Security Customer Success
• Pragmatic security expert and hands-on technical program manager • Genuine curiosity about AI and active daily use of AI tools • Current knowledge of AI capabilities and AI-enabled security technology • Understanding of security technology for cloud products and enterprise environments • Ability to distinguish genuine AI value from hype • Experience driving security programs for a cloud company • Experience improving processes through automation and AI where beneficial • Data-driven and analytical; able to turn information into action • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant technical field • 5+ years of experience documenting processes, security requirements, and managing complex cloud-scale technical security programs for an enterprise company • 3+ years of experience managing IGA, privilege assessment management, Zero Trust, and single sign-on solutions programs • Experience with SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, or equivalent preferred • Familiarity with applying the NIST Cyber Security Framework to security program maturity • Experience evaluating and governing enterprise AI adoption preferred • End-to-end ownership of security across multiple teams • Strong business acumen and excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiating skills
