📋 Description

• Lead client facing, end-to-end planning and execution of complex technical programs • Partner with engineering, product management, and other teams to define scope and success metrics • Develop and maintain integrated program plans • Manage cross-functional dependencies and identify blockers • Facilitate agile ceremonies and architecture discussions • Implement and evolve program governance and reporting cadences • Define and own program-level KPIs and track variances • Ensure technical readiness for production releases • Collaborate with leadership for change management and process refinement • Manage relationships with clients and support service reliability • Act as the glue connecting distributed teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of total professional experience • 2+ years in technical program management • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle • Solid grasp of modern software architecture • Proven track record of metrics-driven programs • Hands-on experience with engineering planning tools • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills • Proficiency with change management principles • Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and data-driven insights
