📋 Description

• Lead client-facing, end-to-end planning and execution of complex, multi-team technical programs across platform, cloud operations, product engineering, data, and security • Define scope, problem statements, success metrics, and delivery milestones with engineering, product management, design, QA, business stakeholders, and infrastructure teams • Develop and refine integrated program plans, timelines, dependency maps, risk registers, and release plans • Manage cross-functional dependencies, remove blockers, and escalate risks with data-driven options • Facilitate agile ceremonies, technical deep dives, architecture and design discussions, and program syncs • Implement and evolve program governance, reporting cadences, and operational best practices • Define and own program-level KPIs, track variances, and drive data-based course corrections • Ensure technical readiness for production releases, including security, scalability, performance, disaster recovery, and operational health • Drive change management and align programs with Guidewire’s AI, GenAI, cloud, and data platform vision • Identify opportunities to streamline developer workflows and improve operational efficiency • Manage client relationships, including contract and SLA considerations • Connect distributed teams to deliver secure, scalable, AI-enabled cloud platform outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of total professional experience • 2+ years of experience in technical program management driving complex, multi-team software initiatives • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile or hybrid delivery models • Understanding of modern software architecture, distributed and multi-tenant SaaS cloud systems, and platform engineering concepts • Experience defining KPIs, building dashboards or reporting mechanisms, and using data to guide decisions • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Aha!, Confluence, and Google Sheets • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills • Proficiency with change management principles and techniques • Ability to embrace and apply AI and data-driven insights to drive innovation and continuous improvement • Preferred: experience with cloud operations, platform reliability, AI/ML, GenAI, or large-scale data platforms • Preferred: P&C insurance or other highly regulated industry experience • Preferred: vendor management, SLAs, and contract implications experience • Preferred: experience with cloud, AI, or data platform transformation
