📋 Description

• Advise leadership on employee, organizational, and legal matters • Create tools and documents to help franchisees manage their human resources • Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees across the network, supporting their day-to-day HR management needs • Maintain strong relationships with franchisees and partners to facilitate the group’s overall HR management • Develop relevant partnerships and initiatives to support HR management across the network • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and standards in Quebec and Canada • Draft and update HR policies and tools governing applicable legislation and policies • Identify, prioritize, and address instances of non-compliance with provincial legislation applicable to human resources management • Oversee and participate in the full staffing process, including job design, workforce planning, recruitment, candidate selection, onboarding, and integration • Support franchisees with compensation, benefits, salary structures, and pay equity requirements • Participate in industry events • Support the organizational culture and employer brand • Perform other related duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration (an asset) • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role • Perfectly fluent in French and English • Excellent command of general HR practices • Knowledge of various HR functions, including labour relations, staffing, compensation, training, organizational development, and performance management • Intrapreneurial mindset: proactive and innovative approach to creating value within the organization • Ability to advise managers on complex matters • Ability to explain HR and legal concepts clearly to franchisees • Proficiency in the full staffing process • Relational leadership: ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with partners and franchisees • Organization and structure: excellent planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail • Team spirit: effective collaboration with various departments and partners
