📋 Description

• Plan and direct accounting operations at assigned facilities • Lead the facilities’ closing process and ensure financial reporting meets corporate deadlines and corporate policies • Produce periodic financial reports complying with generally accepted accounting principles and international financial reporting standards • Perform analyses and prepare accounting journal entries for prepaids, accruals, payroll, inventory, and other areas • Perform monthly account reconciliations • Produce budgets and forecasts and follow up on deviations • Lead quarterly forecast development for assigned locations • Analyze actual results versus forecasts and prepare variance analyses • Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend actions • Partner with operations to analyze production metrics • Prepare and present ad hoc cost analyses and reports • Reconcile inventory balances across the ERP system and physical counts • Analyze and report inventory reserves, including slow-moving and obsolete inventory • Provide cost data for make-versus-buy decisions, pricing updates, and profitability analysis • Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration required • Five years or more of related experience required • Advanced Excel skills and ability to learn new technologies • Experience with Infor Visual ERP is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software • Able to travel as needed • Able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
