📋 Description

• Implement the Company’s strategic vision for its real estate portfolio • Oversee day-to-day real estate decisions and strategy across a portfolio of approximately 2,200 locations • Provide strategic direction to Cushman & Wakefield, the outsourced real estate service provider • Manage 700+ annual lease renewals, strategic new office growth opportunities, and facilities management programs • Oversee relocations, new offices, and remodel projects through completion • Develop and implement Market Plans for all markets within the portfolio • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Field Planning, Insurance, and Sourcing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience • 10 years of Real Estate or comparable management experience • Experience working in a matrixed organization, managing cross-functional teams • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and partner with various levels of management and staff • Proactive, resourceful, and strategic in pursuit of both short-term and long-term goals • Proven project management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Preferred: Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) credential • Preferred: Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) credential • Preferred: Real estate market planning experience
