📋 Description

• Create and lead scalable and innovative onboarding, offboarding, job-change, and team member lifecycle processes in partnership with the Sr. Director of People • Leverage AI tools and systems to optimize and scale People Operations processes and workflows • Drive policy creation, audit readiness, and compliance governance across a multi-state footprint, with deep expertise in California • Create and optimize physician onboarding programs with Executive Directors and Clinical Leadership • Manage outsourced vendors, including home care, transportation, LOA support, and other ancillary partners • Monitor multi-state employment law and translate regulatory changes into proactive policy recommendations • Lead annual Open Enrollment, including team member communications, system readiness, benefits compliance, and vendor coordination across states • Partner with the People Business Partner to address complex team member questions and requests and maintain service-level expectations • Advise managers and team members on policy questions and people challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of people operations/HR experience in a fast-growing environment • CA and multi-state employment law experience and experience building policies and handbooks • Strong working knowledge of California employment fundamentals, including wage/hour, leaves, and recordkeeping • Hands-on experience using AI tools and systems to improve process efficiency and scale • Exceptional data analytics and reporting skills utilizing various HR Systems • Hands-on experience with Rippling, Greenhouse Onboarding, and partnering with PEOs • Experience owning end-to-end open enrollment processes and communications • Candidates located in California are preferred; priority given to candidates in Pacific or Central time zones • Team members working in participant care settings must provide proof of COVID-19 and influenza vaccination or a signed declination form and comply with applicable masking requirements • Must comply with applicable infection control protocols, PPE requirements, and vaccination requirements associated with the role and work location • Authorization to work in the United States, verified through Form I-9/E-Verify
