📋 Description

• Deliver product training to internal and external clients • Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of product training materials • Coordinate activities cross-functionally and with external clients • Organize and conduct training sessions in the field and at corporate facilities • Work closely with subject matter experts and maintain compliance with protocols and regulations • Teach customers and distributors how to safely and efficiently operate Haemonetics equipment and related disposables • Provide technical expertise support for customer personnel and Haemonetics employees • Provide feedback to business unit management concerning customer comments and equipment performance • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new and existing equipment applications and competitive products • Evaluate training effectiveness by assessing application of learning to job performance and recommending future programs • Certify satisfactorily completed trainings and ensure training certificate summaries are completed • Conduct follow-up as needed • Maintain training records as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - preferred • 3 years in a clinical environment, preferably in plasma or blood collection - Required • Previous experience training others highly desired • Ability to travel 75% via air and vehicle • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Demonstrated written communication skills • Strong verbal communication and listening skills • Effectively coaches and delivers constructive feedback • Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure • Excellent organizational skills • Performs work independently with minimal supervision
