📋 Description

• Educate and train current dealer partners in the assigned area • Acquire new sources and contacts • Manage and consult on sales activities and account development for assigned dealers • Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery • Manage an assigned dealer base to help partners understand the Westlake Program and grow • Prepare presentations and proposals communicating company products and services to management within independent and franchise dealerships • Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts • Follow up on leads and referrals from field activity • Develop, maintain, and grow current and potential dealer partners • Communicate by phone and conduct in-person visits to train dealer partners on current programs and fast funding requirements • Provide solutions, rehash, and restructure vehicle loans for profitable approval • Assist with sales contracts by educating dealers on proper verification requirements • Maintain sales materials and current financial product knowledge • Participate in seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events • Travel within the local market and work in a field environment

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (required) • 1-2 years’ previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success • College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience) • Presentation skills, from initial creation to delivery • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques • Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology • Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement • Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams • Knowledge/Experience with DealerTrack, RouteOne, or CUDL (beneficial) • Previous outside sales experience (preferred) • Significant local travel to current and potential clients • Possession of a valid state driver's license
