📋 Description

• Own product experiences end-to-end, from problem framing through delivery and iteration • Work within a product triad with a PM and Engineering Lead • Work backward from customer problems and translate complexity into clear, scalable solutions • Design usable field workflows and information-rich interfaces across mobile and web • Design dashboards, reporting, and AI-assisted experiences that turn operational data into useful action • Shape agentic workflows, conversational interfaces, and voice-enabled interactions • Make AI capabilities understandable, trustworthy, and usable • Use AI actively in the design process • Run lightweight research, synthesize insights, and represent the customer with evidence • Champion the design system, contribute to craft standards, and raise quality in critiques • Potentially design procurement and sourcing workflows, or asset and portfolio performance tools

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years shipping web-based SaaS or enterprise products at scale • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership with real shipped work, including AI-assisted experiences • Actively using AI tools today, such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex; hard requirement • Strong systems thinking across complex, interconnected product surfaces • Ability to balance rigour with creativity • High autonomy and ability to move work forward without waiting for direction • Clear communication and comfort with ambiguity • Background in complex domains such as field operations, inspections, analytics, reporting, or workflow tooling strongly valued • Experience designing across mobile and web surfaces strongly valued • Familiarity with agentic experiences strongly valued • Comfort working close to code or prototyping with code strongly valued • Multifamily or proptech experience is a plus, not a prerequisite
