📋 Description

• Assist with development, customization, testing, and support of Elite 3E and related financial and practice management platforms • Support workflows, business processes, interfaces, and automation solutions • Write, test, and troubleshoot code under senior developer guidance • Participate in debugging, issue resolution, deployments, and software updates • Assist with integrations between financial systems and third-party applications • Work with REST APIs, data exchange technologies, XML, and JSON • Support data transformation, data exchange, and integration maintenance • Participate in project meetings and requirements-gathering sessions • Document technical requirements, designs, and implementation activities • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver project objectives • Provide updates on assigned tasks and project activities • Follow development standards and participate in code reviews and quality assurance • Use Git or similar source control tools • Continuously develop technical and consulting skills through training and project experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply • Equivalent education, internships, or relevant technical training will be considered • 0–2 years of software development experience • Internship, co-op, academic project, or entry-level software development experience desirable • Exposure to Microsoft development technologies or object-oriented programming concepts preferred • Familiarity with APIs, web services, or integration concepts is a plus • Experience working in a team environment and willingness to learn new technologies • Preferred knowledge of C# or other object-oriented programming languages, .NET Framework or .NET Core, REST APIs, JSON, XML, Git or other version control tools, and Power Automate • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Professional attitude and willingness to work directly with clients when needed • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced consulting environment • Occasional travel may be required
