📋 Description

• Support customers by listening to concerns, gathering information, diagnosing problems, analyzing needs, and resolving requests • Escalate concerns to teams with appropriate expertise when required • Research customer questions by collaborating with others within the organization • Respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner and close requests to customer satisfaction • Submit every customer interaction to the ticketing system with all relevant details • Share knowledge about complex situations to support team learning • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and occasional evening/weekend support • Travel as required to deliver on-site training and attend tradeshows

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally at least two years of experience in customer service with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask • Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft Office 365 • A strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve established objectives and meet deadlines • Superior listening, verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of the automotive parts industry • Knowledge of accounting principles • Fluency in both English and French, spoken and written • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required • Rotating on-call schedule throughout the year • Travel may be required for on-site training and/or tradeshows
