📋 Description

• Manage SmartWorks hosted client application systems and internal R&D development systems, databases, networking, and storage • Provide primary operating system and database support for customers • Develop and maintain automated unit test suites • Install, configure, and maintain QA infrastructure • Perform bug fixes and source code maintenance tasks • Design testing plans and strategies for different types of testing • Work with the sales team to provide technical details for proposals • Remotely install and configure hardware, operating system, and database platforms during implementation projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in a production environment • Experience supporting Linux operating systems (RHEL, CentOS, or similar) • Strong network administration skills, including firewalls and VPNs • Experience with cloud infrastructure, networking, and storage • Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, and Bash scripting • Experience administering Oracle and PostgreSQL databases • RHEL server administration and maintenance • College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or a related technical field • Must be comfortable working in the Pacific timezone only • Can be located anywhere in Canada
