📋 Description

• Lead multi-functional project teams toward completing work deliverables for implementation of mission-critical software packages • Review statements of work and create effective project plans to deliver specified solutions • Provide updates and manage client expectations • Ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions and customer service • Manage project financials • Proactively resolve project issues to mitigate delays and reduce impact on clients and project timelines • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas of improvement and apply learning • Lead consultants in implementing Utility Billing and Client Information Software (CIS) solutions for new and existing clients • Participate in project planning and scheduling • Report to the Director of Professional Services

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing enterprise or CIS software implementation projects • Strong leadership skills • Deep understanding of all activities associated with software system implementations • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations • PMP Certification would make you stand out • Candidates must hold a current, valid passport • Candidates must be legally eligible to travel internationally • Passport-based visa exemption or required travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean • Comfortable using AI-enabled technologies, including copilots, chat-based AI assistants, and automation tools • Appropriate judgment, security, and compliance standards when using AI tools
