📋 Description

• Support customers by listening to concerns, gathering information, diagnosing problems, analyzing needs, resolving requests, and escalating concerns when appropriate • Conduct research to answer customer questions by collaborating with others within the organization • Respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner and close requests to the customer's satisfaction • Submit every customer interaction to the ticketing system with all relevant details • Share knowledge of complex situations to support team knowledge growth • Work primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work and participation in a rotating on-call schedule • Travel as required to deliver on-site training and attend tradeshows

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally at least two years of experience in customer service with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask • Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft Office 365 • A strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve established objectives and meet deadlines • Superior listening, verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of the automotive parts industry (nice to have) • Knowledge of accounting principles (nice to have) • Fluency in both English and French, spoken and written (nice to have)
