📋 Description

• Analyze procurement, spending, and supplier data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and tracking tools using Microsoft Excel • Assist with purchase order creation, processing, and tracking • Support vendor onboarding and maintain accurate supplier records • Monitor contract and purchase order compliance • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather purchasing requirements and resolve procurement-related issues • Track and report key procurement metrics, including spend, savings, and supplier performance • Reconcile procurement records and help ensure data accuracy across systems • Assist with sourcing activities, including gathering vendor quotes and conducting market research • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for management review • Support continuous improvement initiatives within procurement processes • Support purchasing activities, analyze spending data, maintain supplier information, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Internship, co-op, part-time, or project experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, purchasing, operations, or a related field • Experience working with ERP systems or procurement software • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI • Ability to perform the stated physical requirements, including occasional standing, walking, stair climbing, bending, stooping, crouching, and lifting/carrying less than 25 pounds
