📋 Description

• Develop presale client deliverables for potential new and repeat meetings, incentives, and events • Communicate with team members and supplier partners to ensure accurate and timely proposal development for travel projects • Deliver operational excellence and growth in collaboration with Client Services • Source rates and availability and recommend destinations, hotels, resorts, ships, and venues • Develop programs with creative inclusions to maximize client budgets • Incorporate emerging industry trends, innovative themes, concepts, activities, and events into proposals • Consider client objectives, program history, attendee demographics, and budget parameters when formulating recommendations • Negotiate competitive rates and terms and conditions on clients’ behalf • Develop budgets and proformas to meet client budget needs and maximize profit opportunities • Execute contracts according to established processes • Participate in client presentations to present One10 travel capabilities and solution recommendations • Develop and maintain industry relationships with hotels, NSOs, DMCs, and CVBs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience • Minimum four (4) years’ industry experience • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a deadline driven environment • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong editing and writing skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects • Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team • Superior customer service ethic and high expectations for quality • Excellent communication skills • Ability to travel and attend presentations as needed
