📋 Description

• Design and deliver a comprehensive strategic health and wellbeing plan • Build a culture of health, enhance engagement, and drive health behavior change through awareness and activation • Provide subject matter expertise in defining, designing, developing, communicating, and executing health and wellbeing strategies • Develop and execute health and wellbeing programs according to timelines and budgets • Monitor and evaluate program measurements and participant feedback • Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and goals • Serve as an integrated wellbeing partner and the face of wellbeing to the client population • Guide members to appropriate resources and programs • Act as a Personify Health platform expert and customize the platform experience locally • Deliver custom engagement initiatives and product demos to drive enrollment and engagement • Partner with client leadership, stakeholders, internal groups, and community organizations • Support initiatives related to social determinants of health, diversity and inclusion, and holistic wellbeing • Collaborate with health plan and vendor partners to identify health awareness and engagement opportunities • Launch and lead a Wellness Champion Network • Lead health promotion programs, including health screenings, flu shots, and open enrollment events • Lead regular data assessment and reporting to stakeholders and leadership • Define opportunities, track impact, and determine next steps • Adapt wellbeing programs for a potentially global population and diverse cultural needs • Travel approximately 10–15% as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health promotion or another health-related field such as public health, community health, nutrition, or exercise physiology • 5+ years of experience in fields related to health and wellbeing • Excellent organizational skills • Project management skills • Strong technical acumen and ability to learn new systems and tools quickly • Excellent time management • Strong business acumen • Ability to operate successfully in a matrixed environment • Relationship management among multiple stakeholders and decision makers • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset • Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills • Detail-oriented with thoroughness and accuracy • Ability to deliver presentations to all organizational levels, including C-Suite leadership, virtually and in person • Strong customer service orientation and relationship management • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) • Availability during Pacific Standard Time business hours • Ability to support onsite events as needed • Master’s degree in Public Health or related field preferred • Public health-related certification (e.g., CHES, NWI, Chapman Institute) preferred • 5+ years of corporate environment experience preferred • Experience working with incentive programs preferred • Working knowledge of the Personify Health platform and systems/tools preferred • Health plan experience preferred
