📋 Description

• Independently support three to six clients • Ensure incoming client and vendor data files are received and uploaded via SFTP, email, or other channels • Proactively contact client and vendor contacts when files are not received • Download files from Healthfuse’s SFTP site or email and move them to client ShareFile folders • Manually generate and deliver monthly client reporting packages on time • Produce four types of reports for each client, including multiple vendor-specific versions for three report types • Perform manual data entry to generate detailed reports • Self-review internal and client-facing deliverables for quality • Perform account-level audits and data trend analysis to identify and resolve issues affecting vendor performance • Collaborate with Healthfuse departments to develop client performance improvement strategies • Help advance processes and achieve department goals • Travel one week per year for the company conference

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of professional experience in coordinating the receipt and manual transfer of data files • At least two years of professional experience in data trend analysis • At least two years of professional experience in account/invoice auditing • At least two years of professional experience in data entry • At least two years of professional experience generating and delivering reports for multiple clients • Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present to internal teams and clients • High school diploma or GED • Ability to be available from 8am to 5pm CT Monday through Friday during the 3–4 month onboarding period • Ability to travel within the U.S. one week per year for the company conference • Authorization to work in the United States is requested in the application • Willingness to undergo a background check is requested in the application
