📋 Description

• Identify, prioritize, and design digital tools, formats, and workflows for field and strategic sales teams • Bring outside experience building digital solutions for internal sales teams into Heartflow's commercial organization • Own the roadmap for digital commercial engagement initiatives, balancing effort, cost, and expected impact • Partner with Strategic Sales leadership to identify physician-experience friction and design solutions • Ensure workflows involving patient data are developed with compliance, security, and clinical teams • Evaluate, select, and manage digital tools and platforms supporting sales engagement • Own digital enablement platforms from vendor evaluation through rollout and adoption • Improve tools using usage data, representative feedback, and business needs • Lead creation of audio, video, interactive, and mobile content formats • Use design tools to build engaging, on-brand digital experiences • Adapt commercial planning resources to be clear and action-oriented • Collaborate with Sales, Strategic Sales, Marketing, IT, Clinical, and Commercial Enablement leadership • Pilot tools with regional and strategic sales leaders and gather field feedback • Define success metrics and track adoption, usage, and business impact • Report on digital engagement effectiveness and use data to inform the roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of work experience • 4–6 years of experience designing and executing digital engagement or digital enablement solutions for internal sales or commercial teams • Proven track record bringing innovative digital tools, formats, or workflows from concept to adoption • Comfort scoping and partnering with IT/Engineering on complex digital workflows, including data pass-through and system integrations • Experience with sales enablement and/or LMS platforms such as ACTO or Absorb is a plus • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including with senior regional and strategic sales leadership • Experience defining and tracking KPIs to assess digital program effectiveness • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
