📋 Description
• Shape and support case strategies by preparing discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and mediation preparation • File documents with the court and prepare trial exhibits • Help families resolve disputes creatively outside the courtroom • Project confidence and competence in contested cases while keeping clients calm and informed • Collaborate with the team to support shared goals and continuous growth • Help families navigate divorce and custody disputes from strategy meetings through post-judgment client care
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of family law litigation experience • Practical, empathetic, and client-focused • Thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment • Alignment with core values: Teamwork, Excellence, Integrity, Service • Proficiency in Clio or similar software • Must be based in Texas
