📋 Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share throughout Western Canada. • Build and maintain strong relationships with fire departments, municipalities, distributors, and industry partners. • Identify new business opportunities while managing existing customer accounts. • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training. • Represent HEN Technologies at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events. • Achieve and exceed established sales goals. • Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular sales reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Required experience in outside sales, preferably within the fire service or public safety industry. • Strong knowledge of firefighting equipment and the fire service is required. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
