📋 Description

• Provide telephone support for e-commerce and insurance clients • Identify customer needs and provide optimal or alternative product solutions • Educate potential clients on their insurance options, provide quotes, and close sales • Responsible for in-depth knowledge of products and services offered • Accurately enter pertinent customer data and make changes to existing policies • Close sales by addressing customer concerns and demonstrating empathy • Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI)

🎯 Requirements

• Six (6) to twelve (12) months in a customer service or sales environment • Post-secondary education is highly preferred • Possess Accident and Sickness license or willing to become licensed • Possess TICO certification or willing to become certified • Ability to pay close attention to detail and multi-task • Demonstrate superb customer service skills and strong customer focus • Fluency in French and English is required (written and spoken)
