📋 Description

• Process Medical Equipment Orders submitted by Medical Sales Consultants • Analyze and determine procurement methods using warehouse inventory or supplier purchase orders • Review account credit status and confirm orders can be entered and approved • Procure products by processing vendor purchase orders, ordering from distribution centers, and reserving equipment-center inventory • Prioritize delivery requests and communicate with sales suppliers and equipment warehouses • Handle post-order delivery requests, including replacement orders, credits, and invoice rebills • Review products to validate equipment-team placement and customer licensing • Respond to high-volume equipment requests and order-status inquiries through ACD, email, and fax • Review equipment back orders using open purchase-order and open-order reports • Resolve equipment-order problems and communicate with Credit, Accounts Payable, and Commission teams • Handle item inquiries, product searches, customer concerns, and order-status questions

• Good telephone etiquette • Ability to learn applicable computer systems • Purchasing and parts ordering • Very good time management skills and ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines • Very good attention to detail and accuracy • Customer service orientation and ability to work with complex issues • Ability to plan and arrange activities • Very good interpersonal communication skills • Very good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to multi-task • Establish productive working relationships at multiple levels within the organization • Typically 2 or more years of related experience • Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training (preferred education; not required)
