📋 Description

• Design and build the internal platform layer, including infrastructure and CI/CD tooling used by engineering teams • Develop modern, scalable full-stack solutions with integrated AI capabilities, primarily in Python and increasingly Node.js • Own observability tooling and vendor integrations, primarily Dynatrace • Conduct systems analysis and recommend changes to policies and procedures • Communicate architectural standards across teams • Mentor developers in applying best practices • Support and integrate AWS infrastructure across regions • Shape architecture, drive platform reliability and scalability, and establish reusable software patterns • Operate as a technical authority on difficult and ambiguous platform problems

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience • Solid understanding of common architecture patterns and working knowledge of company-wide infrastructure • Experience with large language models (LLMs) or similar AI technologies for generating, interpreting, and improving codebases • Comfort working across a broad tool surface; heavy Cursor usage with growing Claude usage • Expert level experience in unit testing, integration, and end-to-end testing • Track record of owning a domain and defining cross-team, interdependent roadmaps • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated success in mentoring or providing technical leadership to other engineers • Passion for building great platforms and driving development team success • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field (what will set you apart) • AWS, Kubernetes or Terraform certifications (what will set you apart)
