📋 Description

• Design and implement core backend service features • Develop features for highly scalable, multi-tenant services • Impact distributed-systems concerns including latency, scale, reliability, multi-region failover, and availability • Build a new enterprise offering involving on-premise and dedicated cloud offerings • Provide unit, integration, and performance test coverage • Document design choices and operational knowledge for deployment and service operation • Provide service-level logs and metrics for cloud service setup • Create alerts, dashboards, and runbooks for production • Collaborate within a highly collaborative team

🎯 Requirements

• Rich experience as an "Arranger" and/or "Builder/Enhancer" in large-scale distributed systems design, including reliability and scalability • Operational experience in large-scale distributed systems environments • Experience developing highly concurrent systems • Demonstrated experience writing concurrent code in production at Advanced or Expert levels • Knowledge and experience of reliability • Experience with Elastic Search or ClickHouse • Ideas and actions to improve team velocity • Familiarity with Go or similar languages • Experience with infrastructure environments is a strong plus
