📋 Description

• Create and refine processes for site reliability engineering teams • Partner on project delivery and facilitate incident management • Own internal communication of uptime metrics • Lead post-incident review processes and action items • Drive automation efforts in operational tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, software and operations agile certifications. • 3-5 years project management with globally distributed teams. 1-2 years working with IT Operations and Site Reliability Engineering teams. Experience working in a healthcare data environment is a bonus. • Proficiency with Jira, on-call rotation management tools such as OpsGenie, Jira Service Management, or PagerDuty; MS Teams integrations, agile leadership with technical teams, kanban preferred. English language professional writing, and agile teamsmanship driving on- • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI hands-on for operational efficiency. Executive- or customer-facing communication experience.
