âą Configure and support Workday Benefits and Recruiting modules âą Manage benefit plans, eligibility rules, open enrollment, recruiting workflows, and security âą Troubleshoot system issues and support enhancements, releases, testing, and production support âą Develop reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and data audits âą Support integrations, EIBs, and data validation activities âą Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders
đŻ Requirements
âą Active Workday Certification (Benefits, Recruiting, or related module) âą 7+ years of Workday experience with strong Benefits and Recruiting expertise âą Experience with Workday configuration, business processes, security, reporting, and integrations âą Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills âą Experience supporting complex organizations is preferred.
