📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end process optimization and execution across interdependent Sales Enablement and Operations teams • Manage operational execution of steady state sales programs, including stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, communications, and deliverables • Lead change management for new systems, tools, and process enhancements to drive seller adoption and user satisfaction • Develop communication strategies, operational updates, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement plans • Monitor operational health, program effectiveness, and adoption metrics; identify risks, gaps, and continuous improvement opportunities • Collaborate with functional SMEs and partners across Sales Strategy, Support, Analytics, HR, Product, and Technology • Work with regional and segment sales leaders to gather feedback and support consistent execution • Coordinate rollout plans, user readiness, and adoption efforts • Support enterprise and commercial projects through operational readiness, communication alignment, and execution • Own complex process optimization programs, sales process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement • Manage operational planning for primary sales programs • Develop and execute change management and communication strategies for new systems, workflows, operational changes, and enablement projects

🎯 Requirements

• Seven (7) years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Enablement, or related commercial functions • Experience supporting operational transformation, process improvement, or change management projects in complex, matrixed organizations • Understanding of sales operations processes, including sales planning, performance management, enablement, systems, and workflow optimization • Willing to travel up to 10%
