📋 Description

• Define the opportunity management strategy for assigned accounts • Identify ways to increase account quality and revenue value • Implement account strategies while considering barriers and opportunities • Assist with special projects, initiatives, and customer deliverables • Work closely with a focused cross-functional team to meet clients’ day-to-day needs • Identify viable opportunities for initiatives that improve operational and financial performance • Aggregate client account-based growth data • Evaluate areas of opportunity • Partner with Hilton brands, owners, and operators • Support key accounts and properties within those accounts • Execute Account Plans and target key year-over-year growth opportunities • Report to the Director, Account Management

🎯 Requirements

• Five (5) years of professional work experience in customer facing roles • Five (5) years of hospitality industry experience with a preferred mix of positions/roles • Three (3) years in procurement/supply chain-related roles • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting and filtering data, using formulas, and pivot tables • Travel up to 25% • Familiarity with hospitality Group Purchasing Organization programs (GPO) would be useful • Experience in client facing Account Management roles would be useful
