📋 Description

• Build scalable systems using: Go • Ship multiple times a day, in 1-week sprints • Talk to users whenever needed to uncover core problems • Engage with other teams to quickly solve impactful problems • Break down complex topics clearly in writing and in person • Collaborate closely with product and design • Work in a CI-driven environment; we optimize for cycle time, PRs merged per week, and planning accuracy • Raise the bar for the codebase, standards, and quality • Extend our automated end-to-end test suite with Playwright

🎯 Requirements

• 100% alignment with our Ops Principles (if this doesn’t resonate, please do not apply) • 2+ years of professional Go experience • Enjoyment of live collaboration (e.g. pair programming & huddles) • High ownership mindset and strong attention to detail • Strong interest in quality, not just shipping features • Clear communication and documentation skills • Growth mindset (e.g. learning and sharing new technologies with the team)
