📋 Description

• We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Representative to streamline our sales process from initial contact through customer onboarding. • You’ll play a critical role in organizing meetings, handling CRM updates, preparing quotes, and following up with prospects. • You’ll also assist with outbound outreach using curated lead lists. • This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and can support a technically-minded sales process with minimal oversight. • Inbound Sales Coordination: Respond to inbound leads from website forms, emails, and referral channels, schedule and join discovery and demo calls with prospects (another team member will lead), take meeting notes, track follow-ups, and ensure next steps are clear, update and maintain our CRM (HubSpot). • Pipeline & Quote Management: Collaborate with our team to generate quotes tailored to each prospect, follow up with prospects via email and automated drip campaigns, maintain visibility on all leads and deals through HubSpot pipeline views. • Customer Onboarding & Internal Handoff: Guide new customers through onboarding steps, ensure smooth transition from sales to technical support, communicate proactively with internal teams to prevent drop-offs. • Outbound Support: Conduct outbound outreach using curated contact lists (via email and/or LinkedIn), track engagement, schedule calls, and refine messaging as needed, maintain structured records of outbound activities in HubSpot.

🎯 Requirements

• Our platform is used by OSINT practitioners, law enforcement, threat intelligence analysts, and investigators • Concepts like managed attribution, online investigations, digital identity management, secure virtual desktops/phones, and mobile geolocation control • The nature of sensitive, high-trust, low-volume B2B sales environments • Fluent in spoken English and written English • 2+ years in sales support, inside sales, business development or customer success • Strong experience with HubSpot CRM • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Zoom, and GSuite
