• Maintain and optimize CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). • Support sales, marketing, and customer success teams by providing process improvements and operational guidance. • Track, analyze, and report on revenue metrics, pipeline performance, and KPIs. • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve revenue processes. • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and tools. • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop dashboards, reports, and business insights for leadership. • Assist in forecasting, revenue planning, and quota management processes. • Participate in project initiatives to implement new tools, automation, or processes. • Document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Revenue Ops function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. • 2–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or related roles. • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and analytics tools. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions. • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset. • Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) • Experience in eCommerce or SaaS businesses. • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot). • Knowledge of sales enablement platforms (Salesloft, Outreach). • Experience with forecasting, quota planning, and revenue modeling. • Understanding of customer lifecycle and revenue funnel metrics.
