• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of five years' experience in strategic account management or a similar role, preferably in the B2B or logistics industry. • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, to effectively manage client relationships and track interactions. • Demonstrated expertise in B2B sales and client relationship management strategies, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
