• Analyze market trends and assess their impact on the transformer insulation portfolio • Identify opportunities to differentiate products through customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis • Evaluate technical requirements and conduct competitive assessments to uncover product improvement opportunities • Maintain and enhance technical specifications to ensure product competitiveness and customer value • Lead performance improvement initiatives through benchmarking activities and quality feedback analysis • Support compliance with international regulations and industry standards across the product lifecycle • Translate market and customer requirements into actionable inputs for product roadmaps and development activities • Develop and deliver technical presentations, launch materials, and training programs for internal and external stakeholders • Work closely with customers, manufacturing sites, and cross-functional teams across the Americas • Support existing products and help bring new transformer insulation solutions to market • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, product management, market analysis, or a related role within the transformer, insulation, pulp and paper, or energy industry • Strong technical understanding of transformer insulation materials, transformer technologies, or related industrial products • Demonstrated experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning activities • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences • Proven ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities effectively • Compliance with applicable employment and data protection laws and consent for background or security checks where required
