📋 Description

• Provide email marketing strategy to customers and update them on best practices • Keep regular contact with key customers ensuring they get the most out of Hive • Onboard customers and partners helping them succeed with the product • Listen to customer feedback deciding what's added to the product roadmap • Direct marketing efforts towards new effective strategies sharing findings and trends for new educational content • Support top existing partners including agencies, e-commerce, and tech platforms • Help craft customer experience strategy while scaling

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role • Strong communicator confident in connecting with clients through multiple channels • Self-motivated, eager to identify new opportunities • Natural problem solver identifying issues and solutions • Detail-oriented writer conveying complex concepts simply • Comfortable using Hubspot and Customer Success Management tools • Bonus points for B2B experience or hands-on email marketing experience
