• Independently manage and prioritize a robust sales pipeline to consistently drive opportunities forward for both HiveSMART & HiveHEALTH offerings. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. • Close deals efficiently by tailoring strategies to client needs and overcoming objections with clear communication of complex value propositions persuasively to diverse stakeholders/decision makers. • Negotiate high-level SOW requirements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. • Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client requirements, solving problems proactively. • Track sales performance metrics and report progress regularly to leadership.
• Proven track record of success in closing deals and managing client relationships in a sales or business development role. • Strong ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity and motivation. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers. • Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments. • Results-oriented mindset with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and a proactive approach to collaboration.
