📋 Description

• Serve as lead clinician and engagement manager for clients with complex behavioral and mental health needs • Collaborate with clinicians, PhD scientists, and care coordinators to improve client care • Use clinical expertise and problem-solving to identify key issues and engage top experts • Guide patients toward optimized care plans beyond the current standard of care • Coordinate complex medical issues and client care • Facilitate diagnostic and therapeutic treatment options worldwide • Navigate the healthcare system on clients’ behalf • Provide high-level clinical management and education to clients and families • Identify therapies and deliver information on medical conditions, medications, treatments, and clinical trials • Coordinate collaboration with external care providers and interdisciplinary resources • Network with key opinion leaders • Manage clinical staff for particular cases or service lines

🎯 Requirements

• Active NP or PA license in your state of residence, with active board certification in at least one state; these are no-exceptions requirements • PMHNP-BC highly preferred • Experience in the psychiatry/mental health field is required • Direct clinical experience, postgraduate psychiatric training and/or broad medical training with a specialty in psychiatry can be considered • Executive written and verbal communication skills • Impeccable attention to detail and organization • Highly professional demeanor under pressure • Clinical curiosity and ability to solve complex problems • Technological savvy and comfort navigating various technology platforms • Ability to work from a home office
