📋 Description

• Deliver customized pre-sales support to school customers in collaboration with sales partners • Deliver virtual and onsite pre-sales product presentations and platform demonstrations • Provide sales presentations, live software demonstrations, teaching model lessons and recorded videos • Support sales pilots and engage in customer conversations • Collaborate with the Director of Curriculum and Content, Account Executives, sales partners and peers • Explore customer needs for education solutions • Handle customer questions and overcome objections • Position products using product knowledge, market issues, curriculum trends and customer needs • Utilize competitor product knowledge in HMH product demonstrations • Provide initial training and ongoing support for sales pilots • Deliver data-driven customer presentations to support Customer Success and annual renewable revenue • Create Camtasia videos for RFP submissions, sales opportunities and pilots • Learn Salesforce and other HMH software programs as required • Demonstrate understanding of assigned disciplines, products, pedagogy and technology • Learn multiple content areas and data-driven instructional exploration techniques • Complete project work as assigned • Utilize AI to enhance workplace and customer account performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is a minimum; Graduate Degree preferred • Five years of K-12 teaching experience (Math K-8 highly preferred) • Bilingual is highly advantageous • Strong communication, collaboration and persuasive presentation skills required • Digital literacy with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom and Camtasia • Highly organized and able to transfer strategies into actions that deliver results • Work from home office • Irregular hours including some weekends • Travel extensively 75%+: driving and flying • Lift and move up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis • A valid driver's license and clear driving record
