📋 Description

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and gather intelligence on industry trends • Reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach • Qualify leads based on their potential for sales opportunities • Schedule and conduct initial meetings or calls with potential clients to assess their needs and introduce services • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products and services • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate leads • Meet and exceed individual and team targets for lead generation and qualification • Provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field • 1-2 years of experience in sales • Experience with cold calling • Experience with email prospecting • Proficient in CRM software • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development • Eligible to work in the United States • Experience with LinkedIn or social media outreach for prospecting is a plus • Experience qualifying leads is a plus • Experience in HOA management is a plus • Experience interacting with community association board members is a plus
