• Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical support grounded in real-world automotive mechanical experience • Assess the necessity, scope, and accuracy of recommended repairs based on industry standards and hands-on experience • Ensure repair and maintenance work is performed appropriately and priced fairly • Identify opportunities for cost savings through technical review and, when appropriate, negotiate repairs; document all savings realized • Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are technically sound and consistently followed • Maintain individual performance metrics at or above established goals • Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical support grounded in real-world mechanical experience • Contribute positively to team morale and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions • Adapt to operational changes while remaining calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure • Maintain a professional image, strong work ethic, and accountability in a fully remote environment.
• Bilingual - English/French • Valid mechanic’s license 310S or 310T • 5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive or truck repair • 5+ year’s relevant experience in a contact center setting (Asset) • Post-Secondary Education (i.e. College diploma, Certificate, or Apprenticeship) (Asset) • Proficient in MS Office Programs specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Asset) • ASE certification or willing to obtain within established timeline set by ARI.
