📋 Description

• Create and own executive talent candidate generation strategies • Build diverse, world-class external talent pools using tools and methods to identify leadership talent of strategic interest to The Home Depot • Manage end-to-end research projects and talent market scan requests • Develop search plans and research and market scan summaries • Design, develop, and evolve solutions across talent platforms, including CRM and HCM • Create scalable workflows, executive reporting and insights dashboards, and AI-enabled tools and experiences • Transform talent data into actionable intelligence for enterprise talent decisions • Empower the global executive talent team and business leaders to make smarter, faster talent decisions • Report to the Manager, Executive Recruiting • Work with no direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job • Minimum 2 years of work experience • Prior experience in talent intelligence, executive search, talent acquisition, sourcing, CRM administration, talent operations, workforce planning, or related disciplines • Experience building or configuring portals, workflows, dashboards, forms, reports, automations, talent communities, and user experiences within a CRM, ATS or HCM environment, particularly Avature • Experience utilizing data visualization and analytics platforms such as Power BI • Working knowledge of agentic and generative AI platforms and prompt engineering • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies such as Copilot, Gemini, and Claude • Ability to gain consensus and deliver against strategic priorities and timelines • Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills • Ability to operate at all levels of the organization, including frequent interaction with Senior Leadership • Thorough understanding of research and sourcing tools functionality and capabilities • Ability to use data to drive impactful decision-making and quality
